• Having good knowledge of Real Estate products.

We are looking for young and dynamic professionals who have experience in sales and marketing in the Real Estate industry and the ability to take challenges in the ever-changing market with innovative ideas and capacity.

Responsibility

•  Manage daily activities of the sales team and monitor client visit plan to achieve the target.

•  Making plans for individuals and team to achieve the sales target.

•  Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.

•  Maintain and update client database.

•  Identify new business opportunities and customer needs to generate the sales lead.

•  Buildup a wide range of network and keep updating the prospective client index.

•  Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

•  Responsible to meet the sales target with proper planning.

•  Responsible for supervision and monitoring of the team activities.

•  Monitor and collect data about the activities of market competitors.

•  Prepare reports on sales performance and market development opportunities.
