∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Furniture, Interior Design

Job Context:
∎ Bachelor`s Degree in Business and Marketing or related field
∎ 3-5 years of experience in sales representative, preferred in same industry
∎ 1-2 years of management experience
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
∎ Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing
∎ Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure preferred
∎ Persistent and dependable a bonus

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
∎ Regularly attending sales meetings & Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
∎ Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
∎ Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
∎ Develop strategies to achieve personal sales targets and motivate associates to optimize sales performance.
∎ Train and guide sales staff to focus on store's sales strategies as per company standards.
∎ Maintain good professional relationships with high-end customers in store premises and design retention strategies with regular customers.
∎ Manage all communication with existing client to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as telephone and e-mail.
∎ Regularly interacts with marketing managers to receive information and updates about marketing progress and results
∎ Having knowledge about E-tender and Tender related Experience will get preference.
∎ Any other's task assigned by Managements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having any Marketing and sales related training or workshop.

Salary: Negotiable
