• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Service Marketing

• Only Male

• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of tender regulations (e-GP preferred).
• Ability to prepare official letters, proposals, and tender documents.
• Target-oriented, smart, well-presented, and proactive.

• Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior firms, and project developers.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and submit customized proposals, quotations, and BOQ for corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong follow-up and ensure client satisfaction from inquiry to project delivery.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Search and track online/offline tenders (e-GP, Corporate RFPs, NGO tenders, Govt/Autonomous bodies).
• Analyze tender requirements and prepare all related documents .
• Coordinate with accounts, procurement, and technical teams for tender submission.
• Ensure timely submission of tender (online/offline) with accurate documentation.
• Maintain tender records, update tender status, and prepare reports.
