- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Understanding of tender regulations (e-GP preferred).
- Ability to prepare official letters, proposals, and tender documents.
- Target-oriented, smart, well-presented, and proactive.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior firms, and project developers.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals, quotations, and BOQ for corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong follow-up and ensure client satisfaction from inquiry to project delivery.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new business opportunities.
- Search and track online/offline tenders (e-GP, Corporate RFPs, NGO tenders, Govt/Autonomous bodies).
- Analyze tender requirements and prepare all related documents .
- Coordinate with accounts, procurement, and technical teams for tender submission.
- Ensure timely submission of tender (online/offline) with accurate documentation.
- Maintain tender records, update tender status, and prepare reports.
