Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.
∎ Get sales leads and implement a lead generation strategy.
∎ Making appointments and showing buyers around the property
∎ Finding cusotmers in a position to proceed with the purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
∎ Follow up on all outstanding RFP's (Request for Proposal) and estimates with clients.
∎ Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
∎ Carries out surveys to spot out the price of competing properties on the housing market and keeps an eye on the property market to identify individuals with interest in the property to talk them into securing a brokering contract.
∎ Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Supply chain management, and Marketing.
∎ Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities.
∎ Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
