Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the company’s social media portals and hotline and responding to customer inquiries
∎ Content creation and copywriting for marketing & advertising materials
∎ Maintaining and updating the customer's information regularly.
∎ Coordinating between head office and branch outlets
∎ contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
∎ conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
∎ compiling, distributing, and presenting ideas, information, and strategies.
∎ coordinating promotional activities and events.
