Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contributing to the development of the Business Development Strategy
∎ Actively seeking out new business opportunities, using network of industry contacts, and reaching to potential clients physically and over phone
∎ Engage in competition entries and work closely with the designers and marketing team to create beautiful presentations
∎ Collaborate with design teams to tailor proposals and solutions that align with client needs.
∎ Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch architectural services to potential clients.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with the firm's objectives and policies.
∎ Coordinating regular meetings with the new clients and directors, helping to build strong rapport for long-lasting relationships
∎ Seeking out and attending industry networking events
∎ Proactively building new business contacts through networking
∎ Experience in government & private organizations tender document submission
∎ Experience in design consultancy sector will be appreciated
∎ Knowledge in digital and social media marketing
