• Contributing to the development of the Business Development Strategy

• Actively seeking out new business opportunities, using network of industry contacts, and reaching to potential clients physically and over phone

• Engage in competition entries and work closely with the designers and marketing team to create beautiful presentations

• Collaborate with design teams to tailor proposals and solutions that align with client needs.

• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch architectural services to potential clients.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with the firm`s objectives and policies.

• Coordinating regular meetings with the new clients and directors, helping to build strong rapport for long-lasting relationships

• Seeking out and attending industry networking events

• Proactively building new business contacts through networking

• Experience in government & private organizations tender document submission

• Experience in design consultancy sector will be appreciated

• Knowledge in digital and social media marketing
