Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts or Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute audit as per monthly/yearly audit plan of the Department.
∎ Ensure the development of staffs by providing necessary training and refresher in order to improve technical and soft skills as well as quality of audit work.
∎ Supervise the routine voucher checking, bank reconciliation, loan settlement, official advance and dealer credit position as per audit plan.
∎ Supervise the audit in corporate office, RML, Dealer and Authorized service centers, RAL showroom (COCO & Pro-dealer), and other supporting units as per audit plan.
∎ Participate in physical cash counting of the units as and where assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Conduct credit customers audit as per audit plan and directions of the supervisor.
∎ Take physical count of inventory of store materials of related centers as per annual audit plan.
∎ Conduct audit of sales, Loans & advances, Debtors & Creditors accounts quarterly based on financial statements of RML, RMS & RAL with other team members.
∎ Conduct compliance audit in different areas such as; VAT, legal, insurance etc. as per audit plan.
∎ Review of Financial Statement of RML & any other units as and where assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Assist the supervisor for implementing the internal checking system and to ensure development of internal control.
∎ Participate in daily, weekly, monthly meeting & training.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of related necessary records and registers.
