Education:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management, Diploma in Commerce in Service Marketing, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Brand Management

∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
∎ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to meet sales targets and handle client objections.
∎ Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.
∎ Willingness to work in a target-driven and field-based environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential clients and generate leads for property sales.
∎ Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and explain project details.
∎ Maintain relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide property solutions as per their needs.
∎ Negotiate prices, payment schedules, and finalize sales agreements.
∎ Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
∎ Maintain a client database and follow up on leads regularly.
∎ Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer service teams for documentation and client handover.
