Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in selling cattle feed.
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.
∎ Computer (especially in MS Excel) and smartphone operating skills are necessary.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute and achieve cattle feed sales targets as per the business plan.
∎ Provide technical information, presentation and support to the farmers as needed.
∎ Identify the potential cattle farmers and convert them into own customers.
∎ Visit different farms frequently to promote and generate sales.
∎ Arrange seminars with cattle farmers at field level to exchange knowledge.
∎ Motivate team members towards continuous growth.
∎ Collect and analysis data from field and report to the supervisor.
