Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have working experience in Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Record all financial transactions effectively following the accounting standards and practices.
∎ Keeping accounting software up to date by posting in the software.
∎ Ensure bills and voucher checking, requisition checking, purchase bill checking, different types of bill checking, verifying and proper recording as per guideline.
∎ Prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
∎ Must have Hands-on experience with Accounts & Finance software.
∎ Good at reporting and presentation.
∎ Receive bills from concerned departments.
∎ Send bills to the assurance department (if relevant) & follow up.
∎ Record approved bills in the accounting system.
∎ Recording in excel database for reconciliation.
∎ Provide supporting documents for various purposes as required.
∎ Any other job assigned by management as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
∎ Ability to work for long hours.
∎ Positive work ethics, loyalty, and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Need to Work as a strategic thinker.
∎ A very strong approach to systems, processes & standard operation procedures.
