Job Context:
∎ Shopan Plastic Industries Ltd is a leading plastic door manufacturer in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive for Accounts & Finance department who has minimum 3 (Three) years working experiences in the factory environment.
∎ Candidates must have appropriate knowledge on VAT compliance at factory as per VAT act.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining petty cash fund and bank transactions for disbursements and keep proper records.
∎ Preparing all kinds of factory bill & voucher and ensure entry to software on regular basis.
∎ Preparing monthly sales, purchase, inventory Report.
∎ Deducting VAT amount from the delivered products.
∎ Verifying delivery challan carefully and ensuring challan match with delivery.
∎ Counting and preparing monthly inventory report.
∎ Generating various finance and accounting related reports and submitting it to Head office.
∎ Preparing VAT Challan 6.3 and submitting monthly VAT return.
∎ Keeping delivery challan at factory.
∎ All kinds of VAT compliance at factory as per VAT act.
∎ Candidate must have appropriate knowledge on Inventory and stock management.
∎ Any other jobs as & when assigned by the top management.
