Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting from reputed educational institutions
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Masters of Commerce (MCom)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Context:
∎ Constant monitor and Supervise company accounting system as per accounting policy.
∎ Maintain all transaction updated.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. Prepare and maintain all necessary TAX & VAT related documents for conducting audit & ensure the deduction of TAX and VAT from supplier bills & deposit to bank, submission of TAX and VAT return and withholding return to NBR.
∎ b. Monitoring of Asset, Liabilities and Income, Expenditure..
∎ c. To check suppliers, bill as per procurement policy.
∎ d. Maintain proper documentation system for future reference.
∎ e. To check and verified monthly salary sheet.
∎ f. Encoding accounting entries for data processing.
∎ g. Maintain all types of insurance policy of the company.
∎ h. Monitoring L/C procedure & prepare L/C costing for COG.
∎ i. Ensure physical verification of cash and stock as required.
∎ j. Advice /recommend to management on aspects related to costs, charges, rates etc. to provide income to support division initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable for eligible candidate.
