∎ 1) Age 22 to 32 years
∎ 2) The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts & Finance & Audit.
∎ 3) Candidate must have experience in computer application; Specially MS Excel, MS Word, outlook, with Accounting software Tally-ERP-9/Tally Prime.
∎ 4) Candidates with strong initiative and is dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner & able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
∎ 5) Should have basic understanding about the Accounting and auditing activities.
∎ 6)Should have good communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
∎ 7)Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1)Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction both manual & software.
∎ 2)Check and verify Purchase Quotation, Purchase order/work order.
∎ 3)Prepare Weekly/monthly/yearly deposit analysis & bank Reconciliation against bank statements.
∎ 4)Monitoring factory daily accounts for daily basis.
∎ 5)Ready to undertake any other duties assigned by the management time to time.
∎ 6)Maintain properly accounting records and vouchers for future reference
