Job Responsibilities:
∎ Export LC realization update, reconciliation, report & voucher preparation.
∎ Import LC payment update, reconciliation, report & voucher preparation.
∎ Bank Entry & reconciliation- CD, OD, Margin, ERQ, SND A/C.
∎ Loan A/C: Term Loan, short term loan & Interest update, reconciliation, report.
∎ Assist to prepare audited financial report.
∎ Bank communication to collect bank statement, loan statement, advice, cash withdraw, cheque deposit.
∎ Inter-company transaction update, reconciliation.
∎ Preparing payment voucher and issue cheque for suppliers' payment.
∎ Precosting analysis.
∎ Any other task assign by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Must be conversant on MS Office- Word & Excel.
∎ Good hands on ERP using.
