∎ · Both males and females are allowed to apply.· Should have good computer knowledge over ERP Software, MS word, MS Excel & other related office programs.· Having good communication skill in both English and Bengali.· Able to work under pressure and can meet the challenges.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Accurate Data entry into all level of accounting in the company.· Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions.· Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.· Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers, Journal entries as per rules and regulation.· Petty Cash and stock reconciliation.· Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation.· Fund Flow Check & Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.· Monitor daily Bank deposits from Showroom.· Assist in preparing financial statements (cash flow statement, income statements, Balance sheet etc.) for company.· Any other tasks assigned by management.
