• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the Real Estate Sector.     
• Prepare effective sales plans within a set budget, targets, and deadlines.    
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.      
• Ability to analyze client data, identify market trends, and make sure to close deals.·      
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.·      
• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.·      
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.·      
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.·      
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving sales success.

• Achieve monthly sales targets to ensure the profitability of the organization.
• Maintaining clients' database, maintaining sales & other reports.
• Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales reports.
• Right attitudes for promoting the company's product and brand image.
• Direct marketing and selling available products of the organization.
• Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
• Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visits to the client.
• Achieving the target given by the management.
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
• Deal with prospective clients.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
