• Experience Requirement: A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance is required, including at least 6 years of experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP).

• We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position:
• NEPCS is seeking potential candidate for Sr. Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Department
• The Sr. Engineer -Electrical will supervise and coordinate maintenance jobs performed by Electrical team and/or perform by himself as per roles given. Also, Sr. Engineer will apply cross skill knowledge to assist Mechanical/I&C maintenance and Operation team.

Job Description / Responsibility-Responsibilities and knowledge requirements as below but not limited to:

• Supervise the daily activities of all Electrical Maintenance employees. Controls performance of daily Electrical maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant Electrical equipment as required to support plant operation.
• Maintain and control spare parts inventory.
• Assist in maintaining print files, vendor files and the equipment maintenance record.
• Assist in requisitioning parts and supplies.
• Maintain the plant mobile equipment and others asserts.
• Maintain a clean and safe shop and plant environment.
• Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills.
• Assist in budget planning and control.
• Cross train in Mechanical/l&C as time permits.
• Assist in plant operation as required.
• Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
• Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repairs or projects.
• Maintains positive community relations
• Schedule all outage planning and direct the activities of the Engineers and Technicians.
• Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to optimize Plant operation.
• Maintain emergency recovery organization system for unexpected emergency situation of Plant.
• Maintain a high degree of skill in typical PC-based business computing applications such as databases, word processors, spreadsheets, etc.
• Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs.
• Should be comfortable wearing PPE for any work inside the plants
• Should have strong knowledge about GIS and AIS.
• Should be familiar with smart MCC and protection relay.
• Should have strong knowledge about Electrical control system, computer networking, thin client system, server back-up management.
• Follow all kind of company regulations and rules including HSE.
• Other than above clauses, follow all instruction which is made by management.
