Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination, proactive &
organized.
Having ability to work in a team Environment and have experience in the
construction related field job.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Knowledgeable, Energetic, Hardworking and must know AutoCAD drawing.
Strong written/verbal communication skill in English.
Develop accurate and detailed bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction
materials and services
Having tour ability at any district in Bangladesh where and when necessary
Must have good knowledge in MS Excel/Spread sheet and MS word Proficiency
Responsibilities & Context:
Will be responsible for looking after the Civil related works.
Assist in overall construction activities by the proposal, coordinating, planning,
overseeing and implementation of all construction projects and overall renovation of existing buildings or structures.
To manage project activities like execution, Micro Scheduling & Planning, Project Log Sheet, and Project Status Report as per the Master Program.
Work closely with contractors, client and consultants & report to higher management regularly.
Should know about interior & exterior workflow process.
Should have good contacts with contractors & suppliers for both interior & exterior works.
Communicate with Commercial department and Coordination Team for smooth implementation of projects.
Experience in Design of ETP/STP and bunker design for Radiotherapy Equipment will be given preference
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
