Job Summary:
We are looking for two highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing professionals specializing in Paid Marketing (Performance Marketing) to join our team. These individuals will be responsible for driving paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and other social media channels, achieving set targets, and scaling campaign performance. The role comes with a performance-based incentive structure to reward outstanding achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign Strategy and Execution:
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design performance-driven strategies focused on achieving specific KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and lead conversions.
Target Achievement:
• Take ownership of monthly and quarterly performance targets.
• Strategize and implement tactics to meet and exceed advertising goals.
Campaign Monitoring and Optimization:
• Conduct daily analysis of ad performance metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, targeting, and placements.
Budget and Spend Management:
• Plan, allocate, and manage budgets effectively to achieve the best performance outcomes.
• Provide accurate forecasts and ensure efficient use of resources.
Collaboration and Innovation:
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
• Explore innovative ad formats and trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Reporting and Insights:
• Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights and improvement plans.
