• Strong expertise in:

o Node.js, Express.js

o Laravel, PHP

o React.js, Next.js

o SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

• Strong knowledge, experience and proficiency on data relation and database query.

• Proficient knowledge on Bootstrap and tailwind.

• Solid understanding of REST API design and development.

• Experience working with ERP systems and large-scale web applications.

• Proficient in Git and version control systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands on experience on DevOps & cloud services (AWS, Digital Ocean, Azure).

• Build deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.

• Skilled at architecting scalable, fault-tolerant systems for high-concurrency environments.

• DNS configuration with Cloudflare.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Demonstrated portfolio of previous work.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and ERP modules.

• Build robust RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Laravel. Design, build, and maintain secure APIs for seamless data exchange. Develop scalable and secure backend modules for participant and plan data. Optimize database and system performance to support high concurrency.

• Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

• Design and optimize complex databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Ability to create compound data relation for ERP & Other application.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Configure Cloud/VM/Physical servers like Azure, AWS, Robi etc.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Conduct thorough testing of web and mobile components to ensure performance, quality, functionality, responsiveness, and reliability.
