Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
- Experience in building custom Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, QWeb, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.
- Deep understanding of Odoo’s ORM, framework, and business logic.
- Strong customization skills across Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and more.
- Apps for mobile and desktop (e.g., Payroll, Barcode, Shopfloor, IoT integrations).
- Expertise in database design, data relationships, and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Experience with Odoo.sh, cloud hosting, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control (GitHub/GitLab).
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in migrating from Odoo Community to Enterprise.
- Working knowledge of Odoo Enterprise tools: Studio, Support, Reporting, and Advanced Accounting.
- Experience with DevOps tools and automated deployment workflows.
- Front-end development experience using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Background in domain-specific Odoo applications for agriculture, manufacturing, or retail sectors.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, customization, and deployment of Odoo ERP (Community & Enterprise) solutions.
Design, develop, and enhance custom Odoo modules and business workflows.
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs using REST/XML-RPC/JSON-RPC protocols.
Refactor and optimize existing codebase and module performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced functional and technical issues.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Review code quality, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Stay up to date with Odoo updates and emerging development tools and frameworks.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and deployment guidelines.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with project goals and timelines
Perform any other relevant assignment given by the supervisor.
