Job Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, customization, and deployment of Odoo ERP (Community & Enterprise) solutions.
Design, develop, and enhance custom Odoo modules and business workflows.
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs using REST/XML-RPC/JSON-RPC protocols.
Refactor and optimize existing codebase and module performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced functional and technical issues.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Review code quality, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Stay up to date with Odoo updates and emerging development tools and frameworks.
Maintain detailed technical documentation and deployment guidelines.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software aligned with project goals and timelines
Perform any other relevant assignment given by the supervisor.
