Skills Required: Odoo Developer,Odoo javascript framework

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js, with a solid understanding of SSR, CSR, and API consumption
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles
  • Experience with Odoo’s templating engine (QWeb) and OWL’s component-based frontend development
  • Solid grasp of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows
  • Familiarity with backend concepts and RESTful API integration
  • Ability to optimize complex frontends for performance and accessibility (WCAG standards)
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with Odoo Studio and custom module development
  • Understanding of ERP workflows, business logic, and functional domains (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Experience working in agile/Scrum environments
  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs are a strong plus


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and develop dynamic, responsive frontends using Odoo’s QWeb templating and OWL JavaScript framework

  • Build and scale frontend applications using ReactJS and Next.js, aligned with modern SPA/SSR principles
  • Integrate Odoo frontend components with backend business logic and APIs
  • Maintain code quality through rigorous code reviews, test-driven development (TDD), and performance optimizations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product requirements into intuitive user interfaces
  • Lead the design of component libraries and frontend architecture for maintainability and scalability
  • Stay current with emerging frontend trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team
  • Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level frontend developers, fostering growth and technical excellence
  • Perform any other relevant assignment given by the supervisor.
