Educational Requirements:
∎ BFA/MFA (Graphic Design) or BBA/MBA (Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing creative concepts as per the brief and requirement.
∎ Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
∎ Designing graphics and layouts for product illustrations, packaging and online adverts
∎ Creative development for static and dynamic communications
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Additional Requirements:
∎ Pro expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools
∎ Writing fluency in Bangla and English
∎ Clear understanding on production material/media (ATL, BTL, TTL)
∎ Creative & insightful in Arts
∎ 2-4 years of experience with FMCG Brand/Agency
