Key Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to multiple stakeholders, teams, departments and external stakeholders

• High proficiency in both English and Bangla languages

• Knowledge of social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics to promote the organization`s message and brand

• Experience developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with business objectives

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders

• Ability to translate complex technical information into simple, understandable language

We are looking for a resourceful and skilled candidate for the position of Sr. Content Writer (Female). The position demands a dynamic individual with high proficiency in the English language and a good understanding of digital marketing. You will be responsible for creating and completing writing and content projects for all internal, corporate, and marketing needs in close collaboration with cross-functional partners and under the supervision of a line manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow guidelines of the line manager to implement communication strategies aligned with the organization`s goals and objectives

• Determine, craft and convey key messages to the target audiences through appropriate communication channels

• Own different writing projects and through effective collaboration with various cross-functional teams complete each project within the deadline.

• Create engaging and persuasive content for various communication channels, such as press releases, articles, blog posts, website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral

• Help realize social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience

• Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives using appropriate metrics and analytics tools

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall organizational strategies

• Stay updated on industry news, media coverage, and emerging trends

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development

• Complete writing projects, meet deadlines and follow content requirements in terms of style and project specifications

• Collaborate with the content and digital marketing team to fulfill all SEO and digital marketing needs
