∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage regulatory affairs with excellent knowledge in between government liaison authority and organization.
∎ Maintain effective communication with BEPZA, Customs, Bond & VAT Officials; C&F Agents, Transport Agencies and other organizations
∎ Follow up issues like Bill of Entry, SRO, HS Code, Customs act, Import-Export Policy, In-bond and Ex-bond
∎ Follow up Customs Audit
∎ Manage regulatory communication in crisis situations, maintaining coordination with internal management and staff
∎ Coordinate Import & Export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation
∎ Follow up VAT related activities
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related for the Import & Export stage.
∎ Prepare and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Export, Import, Customs, Bond, VAT etc.
∎ Candidates from garments accessories companies are highly encouraged to apply
∎ Experience of working in EPZ factories will be treated as added qualification
∎ Should have strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs clearance processes
∎ Strong Knowledge of Bangladesh Import & Export Policy
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
∎ Applicants must be proficient in Bangla & English Languages
