Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred: BBA/ MBA, CSE, Diploma in IT
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Professional writing skill to create any type of document.
∎ Ability to lead a complex sales cycle through all stages of the opportunity lifecycle, including prospecting via email, calls, and conferences/events, qualification, proposal and SOW development, and contract negotiations.
∎ Ability to build influential relationships with both C-level and Director Level executives.
∎ Understand customers' requirements and provide information to the customers about various company software products
∎ Construct sales pitches and presentations and demonstrate product features before a sale
∎ Prepare proposals, presentations and other business documents as per requirement.
∎ Maintain Smooth communication with prospects, clients to maintain good relationship to ensure future sales
∎ Prepare and Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
∎ Visit prospective clients and generate sales lead
∎ Demonstrate software functionality and unique selling propositions to clients
∎ Develop and submit commercial and technical proposals.
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate, execute the sales functions and ensure achieving the sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
∎ Candidate with VAT Accounts Knowledge will be preferable.
∎ A "go-getter" attitude with at least 2 to 3 years of aggressive IT sales experience.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): ERP, Technology, VAT Software, Business development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management
∎ Candidate must know to ride Motorcycle
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
∎ Proficiency in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory
∎ Practical knowledge of computer applications especially MS Office (Excel, Power point & word) is mandatory for this position.
∎ Enthusiasm for excellent customer service
∎ Ability to work both independently & in team environment
∎ Should have willingness to travel.
Salary: Negotiable
