∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·         Responsible for preparation of financial statements of as per IAS & IFRS.
∎ ·         Dealing with External Auditors for “Annual Financial Audit” and “Group Audit”.
∎ ·         Prepare Bank & supplier’s payments reconciliation statement.
∎ ·         Analysis of A/C Payable & Receivable with aging.
∎ ·         Calculation of Foreign Exchange Gain / Loss.
∎ ·         Receipts & Payments Status (Weekly / Daily), Payment decision as per funding and policy.
∎ ·         Periodical accounting & adjusting entries for preparation of Financial Statements.
∎ ·         Prepare monthly Expense report for Head Office in Hong Kong.
∎ ·         Other ad-hoc responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
