Key Qualifications:

• Expertise in automated and manual testing.

• Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD integration.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture is preferred.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a SQA engineer, or 2+ years of experience as SQA manager or SQA lead position

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit) and tools such as Jenkins, Jira, or similar.

• Extensive knowledge of QA processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Manager who is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing processes that ensure the quality of products and services. The role requires leadership in defining testing strategies, overseeing the SQA team, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products meet established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SQA strategies and test plans aligned with project requirements.

• Define testing methodologies for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

• Create scalable testing frameworks and establish quality metrics for consistency.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to integrate SQA best practices in SDLC.

• Design and oversee test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.

• Lead manual and automated testing across platforms, document and track defects.

• Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed test coverage and defect reports.

• Develop and maintain automated testing tools to enhance efficiency.

• Stay updated with industry best practices, continuously improving automation frameworks.

• Mentor junior SQA team members, guiding them in processes and best practices.

• Set tasks and priorities within the SQA team, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Participate in code and design reviews to promote a quality-first approach.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure quality standards and project alignment.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and suggest improvements to SQA processes.

• Identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Provide test results, metrics, and insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

• Establish communication channels for SQA updates to keep stakeholders informed on test progress.
