∎ Must have a sound academic background with writing and speaking ability in English. Must be logical and well-behaved in terms of communicating with the parents and staff. Must have knowledge about Cambridge & Pearson Edexcel primary curriculum. Must have the ability to monitor the classroom during a learning session. Outstanding personal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with a diversity of individuals and groups. Must be interested in training for continuous professional development.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons, conducting morning assembly and swimming sessions for students from PG to A Levels
∎ Develop a comprehensive sports curriculum that caters to difficult age groups and skill levels
∎ Ensure the safety of students during sports and swimming activities, adhering to best practices and safety protocols
∎ Organize and supervise school sports events, swimming galas and extracurricular activities
∎ Foster teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship among students
∎ Monitor and evaluate student progress in physical education, providing constructive feedback
∎ Maintain sports equipment and ensure proper functioning of swimming facilities
