Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:
Globalwings Study Abroad is expanding its Malaysia Counselling Team and is inviting applications for the position of Senior Student Counsellor – Malaysia. We are looking for experienced education counsellors who have a strong understanding of Malaysia as a study destination and can professionally guide students from initial counselling through admission, enrolment, and visa processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional counselling to students interested in studying in Malaysia.

  • Assess student profiles and recommend suitable Malaysian universities, colleges, and programmes.

  • Guide students and parents on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and visa procedures.

  • Manage student applications from initial counselling to admission and visa approval.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with students and coordinate with Malaysian partner institutions regarding applications and enrolment.

  • Lead, guide, and support the counselling team to ensure proper student handling, follow-up, and overall team performance.

  • Support management in achieving student recruitment and enrolment targets.

  • Participate in relevant seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.

  • Previous experience in leading or supervising a student counselling team, with strong leadership and team management ability.
