Job Context:

Globalwings is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Software Support & UX Associate to support our internal software systems, CRM operations, and user experience improvements. The selected candidate will work closely with different departments to identify technical issues, coordinate software testing, provide user support, and contribute to improving overall system functionality and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day software support and basic troubleshooting.

• Identify, document, track, and report software bugs and technical issues.

• Coordinate with developers to resolve issues, improve functionality, and support system updates.

• Conduct software functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and usability testing.

• Collect user feedback and recommend UI/UX improvements to enhance software usability.

• Assist users with CRM operations, system guidance, and software-related queries.
