Job Context:
∎ A Dhaka based leading national level NGO engaged in socio-economic development since 1974 invites application from suitable candidates for the position of Sponsorship Facilitator for its Save the Children supported Shishuder Jonno Integrated Child Development Program (SJICDP) being implemented in urban area of Dhaka.
∎ The Sponsorship - Facilitator will be responsible mainly to ensure smooth implementation of field based Sponsorship operation and management. Maintain overall sponsored-child communication.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect information & data according to SCI Sponsorship policies and procedures purposive for sponsor retention and delivering them within timeline and when required.
∎ Keep regular contact with children and their families at the community level and encourage them to ensure their participation in SJ ICDP program.
∎ Work closely with Program Officer - Sponsorship and provide assistance as required
∎ Assist to collect Case History and prepare, recheck and maintain all kinds of document for enrolment in sponsorship operation.
∎ Check all kinds of documents (child profile, consent form, photo and photo log, Annual Family Update reports, 30 days mailing, ineligible reports etc).
∎ Collect the photo of child from field and update photo log.
∎ Track the enrolled and sponsored child and maintain report.
∎ Build rapport with the child parents, land owners, renters, managers and the community of the Rayerbazar and Chand Udyan working area.
∎ Assist to collect 30 days mailing from sponsored child.
∎ Keep record for ineligible/dropped out children regularly and inform SCI through supervisor.
∎ Facilitate for the integration of sponsored children with SJ ICDP's different component specific interventions.
∎ Supervise Sponsorship Organizers, work closely with them and assist them for achieving planned deliverables at field level maintaining appropriate quality
∎ Prepare monthly work plan & progress report
∎ Directly involve for organizing deferent types of program like parents gathering, day observation, sharing meeting etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position, preferably in any urban program
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having working experience in urban sponsorship operation program
∎ Proven skills on Microsoft Office Package
Salary: Tk. 19248 (Monthly)
