Responsibilities & Context:
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in ICU, HDU, and Emergency.
USG Guided Basic ICU Procedures
Perform advanced life-support interventions including airway management, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and resuscitation.
Supervise and train resident doctors, nurses, and ICU staff.
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and ensure adherence to ICU protocols.
Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure quality improvement and patient safety.
Engage in academic and research activities (if applicable).
