• The initial assessment of all patients admitted under the care of Oncology and Hematology Department as per hospital policy and ordering of investigation and treatment as per instruction from the consultants Reassessments are conducted daily for the inpatients and to see the referral patients and brief the consultants· 

• All the assessments and reassessment are conducted daily and recorded in the Patients Medical records in the appropriate sections· 

• To be responsible for sending the patient for the appropriate investigation as directed by the primary consultant and also to authorize investigations, which are urgent.

• Conduct Specialized Assessment for Chemotherapy Patients take consent for chemotherapy and briefing patient and family on the medications and their side effects.

• To prescribe the chemotherapeutic medications, considering all precautions and calculating body surface area and review the drug chart under the guidance of consultant and as per hospital policy.

• To continually monitor and review patient progress and adjust the management plan when necessary. Perform Minor procedure such as lumber puncture, IV cannulation, Catheterization, NG insertion are some of the few
