Responsibilities & Context:
Specialist shall take detailed history including current medications, hospital acquired infection surveillance, and do Physical examination on admission and shall document in the patient record with the first 24 hours of admission.
Perform diagnostic OPD procedures (2 D, M-mode & Color Doppler , DSE, TEE,ABPI,AVAM, Echocardiography, ETT, 24 hours Holter monitoring & ECG reporting) independently.
He/She should be part of the quality improvement of JCI documentation process of the hospital.
Daily Follow Ups:
To attend all clinical meetings, CME and work shops and actively participate in paper presentations.
To be part of training program conducted in the hospital and to take continuous initiatives for knowledge and skill up gradation.
Participate in Medical camps when required.
To over see the activities of the Residents and guide them.
To be an active member for the quality initiatives of the department
Any other instruction given by the consultant or DMS.
