We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and overseeing solar power systems, with a particular focus on handling government projects. The candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and securing solar energy projects, with a focus on expanding our company's portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solar power systems for government and non-government projects.
• Develop detailed solar system designs, taking into account factors like location, climate, available space, and energy requirements.
• Determine the appropriate type of solar technology (PV or solar thermal) and components (inverters, batteries, trackers) for specific projects.
• Identify and target government agencies, municipalities, and private organizations with potential solar project opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to secure new solar project contracts.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with government authorities to understand project requirements and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Manage all aspects of solar system installation, including site assessment, equipment selection, and system integration.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical expertise to support project proposals and planning.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our company and identify potential leads.
• Stay informed about government tenders, incentives, and regulations related to solar energy projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute project tasks efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance checks and inspections to ensure the reliability and performance of installed solar systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to solar energy.
