Decor Interior Ltd. is a leading engineering and energy solutions company in Bangladesh, specializing in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects. We are expanding our portfolio in the Solar Energy Sector and are looking for an experienced Solar System Engineer to join our team.

The Solar System Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar power systems across both private and government projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on installation experience, and the ability to manage and deliver projects efficiently.

• Design, size, and optimize solar PV systems (rooftop & ground-mounted).

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and load assessments.

• Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and system specifications.

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.

• Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards.

• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors.

• Prepare project reports, proposals, and technical documentation.

• Assist in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

• 5–10 years of practical experience in solar installation and maintenance in both private and government sectors.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar solar design software.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, inverters, batteries, and hybrid solutions.

• Ability to lead installation teams and manage field operations.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Candidates with business development experience will have a special advantage.

• Willingness to travel for project sites.
