∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully interact with team members and project managers daily.
∎ Duty Station: Community Based Health Care (CBHC) Office in Dhaka with occasional field visits outside Dhaka as per project need.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Application requirement gathering from CBHC for technical input.
∎ Acts as Focal Person for Technical coordination and communication among CBHC, DGHS MIS and mPower.
∎ Provide support as the Master trainer during training and orientation sessions at CBHC, Dhaka.
∎ Provide call center support to Upazilla focal' s to help manage technical issues.
∎ Provide 1st layer technical support for issue management and troubleshooting.
∎ Server and database monitoring for PRIMA application.
∎ Proficient with Linux server administration.
∎ Apache, Nginx, and Tomcat web server administration.
∎ Deployment of proprietary software on staging and production servers.
∎ Maintain data backup operation of on and off-site locations.
∎ Configure and administer load balancers.
∎ Database's maintenance, backup, restore, and performance monitoring.
∎ Configure and maintain PostgreSQL, mysql, couchdb database with replication.
∎ Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
∎ Maintain Coordination with Technical, Project and Domain Team of mPower for successful delivery of tasks.
∎ Escalate issues for 2nd and 3rd layer of technical support to mPower core technical team and get the response within 24 hours with details.
∎ Continuously follow-up of the previously unsolved issues and report every 48 hour interval till the issues are resolved.
∎ As per requirement of CBHC conduct field visits.
∎ Escalation, coordination, resource gathering and follow up on API integration progress with the core development team with the existing/new systems of MIS-DGHS and if needed other systems.
∎ Escalation, coordination, resource gathering and follow Up on upgradation of the application and ensuring all the requirements from Google Playstore met for regular update deployment.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by mPower to assist CBHC.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
∎ Excellent communication skills to transfer technical knowledge to GoB partner organizations.
∎ Maintaining liaison with GoB officers.
∎ Excellent writing skill to ensure precise and proper communication.
∎ Methodological and detailed oriented to manage day and follow-up on day-to-day activities.
∎ Prior experience in health sector will be an added qualification but not a pre-requisite.
