Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka. Occasional field visits outside Dhaka may be required.
∎ We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully interact with team members and project managers on a daily basis. This person will participate in the design, development, and support of web applications.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write the code for expressive and innovative UI/UX.
∎ Introduce new solutions and optimize the current ones.
∎ Unit testing and bug fixing.
∎ Analyze, design and develop dynamic Web Application based on project documents.
∎ Communicating with all the stakeholders of the project life-cycle.
∎ Meeting tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s) of experience in Software Development.
∎ Experience with React, NodeJS, Typescript.
∎ Experience with state management solutions (preferably Redux).
∎ Experience in installing and maintaining modules and dependency trees using npm/yarn.
∎ Experience of working with Git on projects with medium to large periphery.
∎ Experience with Consumption of RESTful API is a plus.
∎ Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/SQLite) is a plus.
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Excellent analytical skill.
∎ Understanding of object-oriented software development and technologies.
∎ Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
∎ Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
∎ Hard working and good communication skills with willingness to learn latest techniques easily & quickly.
∎ Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Mentality of not taking work as pressure but enjoying it as a challenge.
∎ Must be Flexible, Good Team player and possessing Friendly Behavior.
