Job Context:
∎ Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka with occasional field visits as per project needs.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ mPower Social Enterprises Ltd is seeking a React JS Developer who will play a key role in designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications. As a ReactJS Developer, your primary focus will be on creating responsive and visually appealing front-end components using ReactJS. Collaborating closely with the design and backend teams, you will contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions that meet our clients` needs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement user interfaces using ReactJS.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to understand user requirements.
∎ Design and implement high-performance, reusable, and responsive UI components.
∎ Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end solution
∎ Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years' experience as a ReactJS Developer.
∎ Required Technical Skills:
∎ Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
∎ Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6/ECMAScript).
∎ Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
∎ Knowledge of RESTful API integration
∎ Proficient understating of code versioning tools, such as GIT.
∎ Required Interpersonal Skills:
∎ Able to effectively communicate in English and Bangla with team members, stakeholders, and customers, both verbally and in writing
∎ Able to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
∎ Able to estimate efforts, manage time effectively, meet committed deadlines and raise flags about potential delays with proper justification and transparent communication.
∎ Able to collaborate and share knowledge with others.
