Responsibilities & Context: Job Context The incumbent should be experienced with both ML & AI programming who will be responsible for working alongside designers to come up with intuitive ML & AI, and working as a part of the product and engineering team to develop highly scalable cloud solutions and maintain our technical products as the company grows and scales, among other duties. This position will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail. What You’ll be Doing Partnering with the product management team and other remotely located team members to define and execute the feature roadmap. Improving code quality, product execution and customer delight. Building and managing fully automated build/test/deployment environments. Skills You’ll Need Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learning models. Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization tools. Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for various business applications. Ensure models are robust, scalable, and meet performance standards. Oversee the entire lifecycle of machine learning projects, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. Implement and advocate for ethical AI practices and principles, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability. Conduct regular audits and assessments of AI systems to mitigate bias and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations. Stay updated on the latest developments in AI ethics and integrate relevant practices into the organization. Study and transform data science prototypes Design machine learning systems Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools Develop machine learning applications according to requirements Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods Run machine learning tests and experiments Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results Train and retrain systems when necessary Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks Keep abreast of developments in the field Job Experience Requirements At least 5+ year(s) relevant working experience Other Requirements Relevant professional Certifications would be a plus.
