∎ Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-level or Senior software engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our healthcare software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust and scalable applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and AWS technologies. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
∎ Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and related technologies.
∎ Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices, software standards, and scalability.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
∎ Work in an Agile development environment, actively contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your technical skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 2/3 years of professional experience as a software engineer.
∎ Strong proficiency in either JavaScript or TypeScript and related frameworks (React preferred).
∎ Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other cloud platforms.
∎ Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
∎ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Experience with healthcare software development or related domains.
∎ Strong backend knowledge with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts is a must, preferably in Java.
∎ Proficiency in AWS serverless functions and building scalable applications on serverless architectures.
∎ Familiarity with GraphQL and its implementation in building APIs.
∎ Proficiency in version control systems like GIT.
∎ Familiarity with clean coding principles and the DRY method.
∎ Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
