∎ Skills Required: Client Support, MS Project, MS Visio, Project Manager (Software), Risk Management, Software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analyst, ERP Systems, Project Management, System Analyst, Technology Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical proposals & documentations for government , local and international client as per various documentation standard.
∎ Liaise with all other team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
∎ Document full requirements and manage changes to requirements or add new requirement during development and post delivery of software.
∎ Translate business requirements into technical requirements for driving improvements, enhancements and/or creations of new applications
∎ Create detailed use cases supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criterion
∎ Work closely with development/test/product/business teams in an to refine and support the development, testing, and release of functionality
∎ Support key internal and external cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release and post go-live support.
∎ Review, prioritize, comment and follow-up on product defect
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients.
