Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement strategic social media plans specifically tailored for FB | IG | YouTube | Tiktok |Twitter | LinkedIn to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia formats that resonate with our target audience.
- Actively manage and promote company social media platforms. Maintain incoming query channels of the company website. Analyze social media campaigns to gather visitor data and determine efficacy for social media campaign improvement.
- Monitor all the search engines and what keywords are being searched by the people when they visit websites and social media pages. Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Plan and assist with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and social media campaigns. Maintain yearly event schedules and initiate various campaigns accordingly.
- Monitor, manage and update website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc. Ensuring all product details are mentioned accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly on social media platforms, and incorporates them into our strategies.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
