• Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media strategies tailored to the Bangladeshi market and audience.
• Content Creation: Plan, design, and publish high-quality, engaging, and culturally relevant content (images, videos, and text) across all social media platforms.
• Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage customer queries promptly to foster positive relationships.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.), analyze trends, and create reports to improve strategy.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations to drive traffic and sales.
• Market Research: Stay updated on trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms in the Bangladeshi digital landscape.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to achieve business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
