Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and grow Rumor Scanner’s social media presence across platforms.
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars.
∎ Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and analyze performance metrics.
∎ Coordinate with content and design teams for cohesive digital campaigns.
∎ Monitor messages and fact-check requests received via Facebook page and WhatsApp, analyze them, and forward relevant items to the Fact-Check team for verification.
∎ Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
∎ Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
∎ Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Hootsuite).
