∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in editorial leadership, preferably in a newsroom or fact-checking organization.
∎ Strong understanding of media ethics, fact-checking methods, and digital content.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
∎ Requirements

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage all editorial operations and content strategy.
∎ Ensure all published materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and journalistic ethics.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fact-checkers, writers, and editors.
∎ Develop and implement editorial policies, style guides, and workflows.
∎ Collaborate with other departments (design, social media, outreach) for cohesive content delivery.
∎ Job Responsibilities
