∎ 1-2 years working experience on relevant field (Freshers also can apply).
∎ Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
∎ Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
∎ Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
∎ Creativity and attention to detail.
∎ Experience in video production or a related field (preferred).
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office)
∎ Graphics desighn & Video editing skill.

∎ video footage into a polished final product.
∎ Enhance video quality using color correction, transitions, and effects.
∎ Add graphics, subtitles, and animations as needed.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to meet project requirements.
∎ Ensure videos align with brand identity and storytelling goals.
∎ Work with various formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for different platforms.
∎ Stay updated with the latest editing software and industry trends
∎ Responsibilities:
