Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism/ Business Administration or any other relevant social science subjects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Email; and engage with the social media users.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms, and provide excellent service & satisfactory information to the customers.
∎ Running social media campaigns with specific business goals.
∎ Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor's data.
∎ Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals.
∎ Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
∎ Any other assignment is to be given by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least Five (5) years of relevant work experience social media/digital media domain.
∎ Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
∎ Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
∎ Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
